My name is Moronke Fred-Fatuase, a female Nigerian married with children. I have worked as Accounting officer, a Teacher, Administrative Manager and a Personal assistant. I am very passionate about healthy living. I love to know what to eat and what to do to live a complete sickness free life, especially through natural methods. By God’s grace the reasons I have visited the hospital in the last twenty years are for checkups, childbirth and to visit people. I have not visited any Doctor to be treated for any ailment.
