Dosage and Administration of STC30

 

 

 

 

Dosage of STC30 is one sachet daily. It is not advisable to exceed the normal dosage of 1 sachet per day except in very serious cases.

Give half a sachet per day if it is for a child.

Take it first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach.

Sublingual administration involves placing a drug under

the tongue to dissolve and be absorbed into the blood through the tissue.

The sachet is best opened using a RAZOR BLADE or SCISSORS, rather than using your teeth so it doesn't spill.

It is to be administered UNDER THE TONGUE ( on the Sublingual glands) so that it can be absorbed DIRECTLY into the blood stream. 

Do not pour it on top of the tongue neither on the floor of the mouth.

Why Under the Tongue

1. The cheeks and area under the tongue have many capillaries, or tiny blood vessels that makes the substance get into the system quickly.

2. The substance can be absorbed directly into the bloodstream without going through the digestive system.

3. Alternative way of taking substances that do not absorb very well in the stomach.

4. The effects of the therapy would be decreased by digestion if swallowed.

5. Since sublingual  products do not go through the digestive system, they are not metabolized through the liver. This means you may be able to take a lower dose and still get the same results.

6. Substances that are absorbed under the tongue or between the cheek and gum can be easier to take for people who have problems swallowing.

The individual should be in the upright sitting posture when taking STC30 to avoid choking.

Hold it under the tongue for an average of 5 minutes until it dissolves completely. There is the tendency to swallow it immediately after you empty the contents of the sachet under the tongue due to its sweet flavour;  do not force yourself to dissolve STC30 once under the tongue like you would have done to a toffee/candy. Swallowing it will reduce the potency and efficacy; the digestive system will neutralize it and the liver will metabolize it. Except in very rare cases where it’s not possible to place under the tongue. In such situation you can dissolve in water and drink; though it will reduce the efficacy it is better than nothing.

Sit still and comfortably while it dissolves under the tongue. Do not talk when the supplement is under the tongue because it is powder and may spill out.

After taking a sachet and it has completely dissolved, wait for 30minutes,  drink plenty of water to ensure adequate hydration. Wait for another 2hours before eating.

Take your medications 2hours after taking STC30 if you are on medication.

 Drink at least 2 liters of water DURING THE COURSE OF THE DAY to avoid dehydration.

*One box contains 15 sachets which last for 15 days.

*You don’t have to stop taking your medications while taking STC30.
