PALPITATIONS

I got the best result within two days.

 I took it by 00.30am (Mid Night ).

I poured half of it under my tongue first time and waited for almost 8minutes before swallowing the saliva that has gathered in my mouth and later poured the remaining half and waited for another 6minutes before swallowing the saliva again.
